When you create an AIViraLabs account, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and billing information. This information is used to manage your account, process payments, and communicate with you about your service.
Product Images:
The product photos you upload for video creation are temporarily stored on our secure servers during processing. Images are retained for 30 days after video generation to allow for revisions, then automatically deleted.
Reference Videos:
When using Creative Inspiration Mode, reference videos you upload are analyzed to extract style elements. These videos are processed in real-time and deleted within 24 hours.
Generated Videos:
Videos created by AIViraLabs are stored in your account for as long as you maintain an active subscription. You can download and delete videos at any time.
We collect data about how you use AIViraLabs, including credit usage, video generation history, feature usage, and performance metrics. This helps us improve the platform and provide better support.
Payment details are processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. We retain transaction history for billing and accounting purposes.
Your product images and creative descriptions are processed by our AI models to generate UGC-style videos. This processing happens on secure cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade encryption.
We analyze aggregate usage patterns (not individual content) to improve our AI models, add new features, and enhance video quality. Your specific images and videos are never used to train models without explicit consent.
We track credit usage to manage your subscription, process billing, and notify you when credits are running low or when renewals are due.
We use your email to send important updates about your account, billing notifications, new features, and optional marketing communications (you can opt out anytime).
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your images, videos, and account information are protected with bank-level security standards.
AIViraLabs uses industry-leading cloud providers (AWS/Google Cloud) with SOC 2 Type II certification. Data is stored in secure, redundant data centers with 99.99% uptime.
Only authorized personnel have access to user data, and access is logged and monitored. We follow the principle of least privilege and conduct regular security audits.
Your generated videos are automatically backed up to prevent data loss. We maintain backup copies for disaster recovery purposes, all encrypted and secured.
Product Images: Retained for 30 days after video generation for revision purposes, then automatically deleted
Reference Videos: Processed in real-time and deleted within 24 hours
Generated Videos: Stored while your account is active; deleted 90 days after account closure
Account Data: Retained while account is active; deleted 30 days after account closure
Usage Analytics: Anonymized data retained indefinitely for service improvement
Billing Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance
We share limited data with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to operate AIViraLabs:
AWS/Google Cloud for hosting, storage, and AI processing. All providers are SOC 2 compliant and process data under strict data processing agreements.
Stripe: For standalone subscriptions, payments are processed securely through Stripe. They handle credit card information according to PCI DSS standards.
Shopify Billing: If installed as a Shopify app, payments are processed through Shopify's native billing system, subject to Shopify's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We never see or store your full payment details regardless of the payment method used.
Google Analytics (anonymized) for understanding platform usage and improving user experience. You can opt out via browser settings.
