By accessing or using AIViraLabs, you agree to:

AIViraLabs is an AI-powered platform that generates user-generated content (UGC) style videos from product images. Our service includes:
AI-powered video generation from static product images
Multiple video durations (10, 15 seconds)
Portrait and landscape video formats
Various UGC styles and customization options
Credit-based system for video generation
Video history and management dashboard
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, AIViraLabs is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
You may not use another person's account without permission
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services.
AIViraLabs offers monthly subscription plans with recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method:
On your subscription start date
Automatically on each renewal date (monthly)
For any additional credit purchases or upgrades
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:
Cancel Anytime: No questions asked, instant cancellation
Access Until End: Keep using AIViraLabs until your current billing period ends
No Refunds: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
Credits Expire: Unused credits expire when your subscription ends
All fees are in USD and charged in advance. You are responsible for providing a valid payment method and keeping your billing information current. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
You may use AIViraLabs to:
Create videos for personal or commercial use
Use generated videos in marketing campaigns, social media, and advertisements
Upload product images you own or have permission to use
Download and store your generated videos
You may NOT use AIViraLabs to:
Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Violate intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.)
Upload images of people without their consent
Create deepfakes, misleading content, or impersonations
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our AI models
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense AIViraLabs services
Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the service
Generate content that violates laws or regulations
Violation of these policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
You retain all ownership rights to the product images you upload. By uploading content, you grant AIViraLabs a limited license to:
Process your images through our AI models to generate videos
Store your images temporarily (30 days) for revision purposes
Display your content within your account dashboard
Your Guarantee: We never use your images or videos for marketing, training AI models, or any purpose beyond generating your requested videos without your explicit consent.
You own the videos generated by AIViraLabs and have full commercial usage rights. You may use them for any legal purpose, including:
Marketing campaigns and advertisements
Social media content
E-commerce product listings
Client deliverables (for agencies)
All rights, title, and interest in AIViraLabs' platform, AI models, algorithms, branding, and technology remain the exclusive property of AIViraLabs. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our platform.
AIViraLabs is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
AI-generated videos will meet your specific expectations or requirements
All generated content will be perfect or require no editing
Video generation times will always match estimates
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AIViraLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold AIViraLabs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AIViraLabs shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
